  • HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE FROM THE SELECTION TO THE ARRIVAL OF THE CANDIDATE?
    Most often between 8 and 10 weeks.
  • ARE THE WORKERS QUALIFIED TO WORK IN THE PROFESSION?
    They are and have been tested in our test center in India or Nepal before arriving to work.
  • HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE WITH WORKERS?
    All workers speak English.
  • ARE THE CANDIDATES READY TO SIGN A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?
    Yes, most workers want to stay and work for few years.
  • WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE PERIOD FOR THE WORKER?
    If you are not satisfied with a worker within 30 days of employment, you have the right to replace the worker with another completely free of charge.
  • WHERE DID THE WORKERS GAIN THEIR EXPERIENCE?
    DSS workers mostly gained experience in India, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar and in other countries.
  • WHAT ARE INDIAN WORKERS LIKE?
    Extremely polite and hardworking - that's their mentality. Due to their calm nature and friendly attitude, they get along well with their local colleagues.
